We are delighted to announce the newly appointed Heidi Roper, a qualified HR executive with over 20 years experience within personnel and recruitment as a Senior HR consultant to the ViewHR team.

Heidi has previously worked within a range of organisations delivering strategic and operational HR support in the manufacturing, engineering and retail sectors. She will use her wealth of experience in both developing and established businesses to support in all aspects of HR. Heidi specialises in developing strategies and people management structures to support business objectives and organisational growth. She previously sat on the Engineering Employment Federation regional advisory board as the vice-chair of the committee.

“Heidi will also assist with our plans to develop seminars and training to further the awareness of the importance of good HR practice within any business,” said Sarah King, Director at View HR. “We can further expand the help that can be offered to clients, from start-up businesses to established multi-million pound turnover companies with large teams of people.”
