1. About this policy

All human beings should be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect, and View HR Limited (ViewHR) is committed to upholding fundamental human rights.

ViewHR does not use or condone the use of forced labour, nor will we tolerate the procurement of commercial sex acts or any other form of human trafficking, nor the degrading treatment of individuals, including their employment in unsafe or otherwise unlawful working conditions.

  1. Reporting

You should immediately contact a Director or email hr@viewhr.co.uk if you suspect you have witnessed any form of human trafficking by the business, an employee, supplier or sub-contractor.

Any ViewHR employee who engages in any form of human trafficking may be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with our Disciplinary Procedure.  Contracts with subcontractors or suppliers that engage in human trafficking shall be terminated in accordance with the terms specified in the contracts in the event that ViewHR becomes aware of any activities which could constitute engaging in any form of human trafficking.

  1. Unpaid Internships

ViewHR does not offer unpaid internships, and all interns receive and work under a contract of employment which sets out their rights under the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Employment Rights (Employment Particulars and Paid Annual Leave) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.
