Our Associate model does not require an upfront fee like you would incur with a franchise model. Fees are associated with earning, the type of Associate model you have with us and whether you introduce clients through ViewHR or undertake ViewHR assignments.

We offer a great deal of support at every stage of your journey with us. From business development, marketing, background support including technology through to holiday cover and expansion support. Our aim is to make our Associates successful by having the right infrastructure in place to support them to achieve.

This is entirely up to you. We will support you to be the best you can be. How you develop your business will be based on the effort and energy you put in to turn any leads into clients.

This is a tough question to answer and we’re happy to talk it through. Being an Associate is definitely not right for everyone, but we believe that our model is supportive, collaborative and will enable you to achieve your best as part of a team.
