In over 30 years of dealing with external consultants on HR and Employment matters, I have rarely, if ever, come across the combination of skill sets that View HR offers.  A detailed knowledge of the relevant legislation and best practice is of course highly relevant, and is a “given” with View. But it is the ability to translate this into “real world”, practical solutions for clients that sets View HR apart. View approach the issues guided from their own extensive experience, enabling solutions to be found that are grounded in reality not theory, and which are pragmatic not dogmatic.

I worked with Gemma on a very sensitive and complex investigation that involved numerous witnesses and complainants.
