Becoming a Trustee at Stable Family Home Trust

We are delighted to announce that Gemma Murphy, director, has recently become a trustee for the super charity Stable Family Home Trust, who support people with learning disabilities in Hampshire and Dorset.

Stable Family Home Trust (SFHT) offers a wide range of services to people with a learning disability and their families: providing supported living services, a personal development programme ‘Aspire’ along with its shop/café in Highcliffe. SHFT is proud to support more than one hundred and twenty people so that those people can live their life to the full.

SFHT is governed by a Board of Trustees, including Gemma, and each Trustee brings a unique range of experiences and professional expertise to support the management team of the organisation. Gemma will meet with the Board regularly to help support the charity so that it can continue to do the amazing work in which it has achieved since 1980!

“I am extremely proud to become part of SFHT and I’m excited to have the opportunity to help support the charity in undertaking their amazing work. Every time I step into the Day Centre or visit the supported living homes, I feel bowled over by the wonderful work undertaken by the team and the individuals’ lives being transformed.” – Gemma Murphy.
