Be Kind to Yourself

Due to popular demand, we have decided to run a series of mental health and wellbeing coffee sessions. These sessions are an opportunity to learn, share and develop your skillset around all things wellbeing and mental health.

The second session of our mental health series discusses what it means to be kind to yourself and how you can ensure you are spreading kindness whilst at work too. We don’t need to tell you that being kind to your colleagues can help increase productivity as well as team spirit during these challenging times.
