We are thrilled to announce that Beth Young has joined our team as a Senior HR Consultant. With her Fellow CIPD qualification and a wealth of experience, Beth brings a passion for driving business performance through pragmatic, commercially-focused, and professional HR practices.

Beth’s extensive background spans all aspects of Strategic and Operational HR for businesses of all sizes across a diverse range of sectors. Her expertise includes financial and professional services, engineering, care, manufacturing, service & sales, IT and hi-tech start-ups, agriculture, and hospitality. This breadth of experience equips her with a unique perspective and the ability to adapt to various business environments.

Since transitioning from an HR Director role to consulting several years ago, Beth has partnered with numerous clients on both retained and ad hoc bases, each with their own unique needs. Her ability to build strong, trusted relationships has earned her excellent feedback and commendations from clients.
