We are delighted to share that Jondelle Bartlett has joined the team at ViewHR as an HR Assistant.
Jondelle has joined us as a CIPD Level 3 qualified HR professional. Her great people and organisation skills enable her to support our clients and our business. She has a particular interest in employee engagement and enjoys the benefits technology and automation in HR can bring to organisations.
We caught up with Jondelle to discuss more about her newly appointed role at ViewHR and what she loves most about HR:
- What’s your role at ViewHR?
My role is HR Assistant, supporting the Consultants and our clients at ViewHR. I completed my CIPD Level 3 and aim to enrol for Level 5 later this year. I have been a business owner and previously worked in administration, my skills gained from these roles has benefited me as I go into my HR career.
- Why do you find HR so interesting?
I love people and I love helping to find solutions. I always try to have empathy in every situation, while being mindful of the legalities involved. There is so much to learn in the ever-changing world of HR and I get satisfaction from helping our clients grow.
- What do you love about your job?
The best part is getting to meet people from different backgrounds, in different industries and hearing their stories of how they have grown within their organisations. I like to think that as HR professionals, we can teach our clients that their people matter and are an important part of the business.
- What types of clients do you work with?
ViewHR supports a variety of clients, for example: marketing, technology, healthcare, manufacturing and the arts. The size of the organisations varies too.
- What makes ViewHR different from the rest?
The team has such a wealth of experience, offering the standard of in-house employment law is rare. ViewHR offer a personal touch and are invested in their clients and their people.
